High Definition Printing technology easily handles the surface irregularities of cards with embedded electronics: The HDP600 prints images onto the underside of clear HDP Film, and then fuses the film to the card through heat and pressure. HDP Film smoothes right over the card surface and extends to the edges of smart chips — with consistently perfect results.
The modular design of the HDP600 allows you to personalize cards as much or as little as you like. Optional magnetic encoders, e-card encoder/readers and a Card Lamination Module can be built into the printer, or added at a later date. Whether you order them today or tomorrow, all card printing, encoding and laminating takes place inside the HDP600/encoder, in one continuous pass.
