The Evolis Dualys doesn't hide away the printing operation. The ergonomic concepts such as the clamshell opening system and the detachable card feeder make card loading and unloading, ribbon installation and cleaning simple and easy to perform.
Get up and running quickly
The Evolis Dualys comes standard with USB and Parallel interfaces to plug-n-play connectivity. Cables are included.
It also comes standard with eMedia Card Designer Software and Evolis Dualys printer drivers for Windows 2000, NT 4.0 and Xp. eMedia software is a WYSIWYG ID card creation software. Your can make company badges, business cards, membership cards, loyalty cards etc. The standard version comes with the Evolis Pebble printer but eMedia also has a Pro version for connections to databases and access to a number of advanced functions.
All you have to do is connect the cables, simply click to install the eMedia software and its driver, and without any other adjustments, you are now ready to print your cards in 16 million colors.

With a 125 cards/hour print speed, 2 sides (YMCKOK), the Evolis Dualys has the most outstanding throughput of its category.
The Dualys is equipped with a 100 card detachable feeder. This feeder is dust free as it is completely enclosed and thus guarantees an optimal card printing quality.
The card feeder is fitted with an exclusive weight concept which applies permanent pressure on the whole card surface regardless of the number of cards loaded in the feeder, and therefore ensures better overall printer performances.
The Dualys also incorporates our Ribbon Saver feature for monochrome printing, which will only use as much of the ribbon as is necessary. Result: reduced cost per card!

To reduce cleaning and maintenance, the Dualys keeps the problems out the system. Completely enclosed, the card feeder is dust proof and thus guarantees an optimal card printing quality. The cleaning system with double set of rollers ensures optimal cleanliness of the cards and guarantees high quality output and longer print head lifetime.
The Dualys is self-testing for encoding operations. Any defective card is automatically ejected into a reject box ensuring only correctly encoded cards are in the output hopper.
