ID Edge offers phone support for all customers.

Customer service is our number one priority at ID Edge. When you buy a photo ID system from ID Edge we will help you through the installation process. Technicians are available during normal business hours to help you through the occasional problems associated with installing new software and printers. If you anticipate that installation will be difficult, we recommend you purchase additional tech support in order to save time and money in the long run. Additional phone support is $30 per half hour.

Onsite support packages are available and/or additional phone support can be purchased for customers outside of our service area. Experience has taught us that the cost of additional technical support is far less than the cost of customer time lost through delays in installation and production.
